Learning to embrace life's challenging moments, and what running hills with my dad taught me. Our weekly running dates have become more then a training exercise, they've evolved into a sort of laboratory for the soul. Through burning lungs, straining muscles and rushing endorphins, we stumble into life insights that challenge us to increase our capacity for living life to its fullest.
