Regular Replacement
To optimize your machine performance, it is recommended to replace your 2804 True HEPA Filter & 2677 Activate Carbon Filter EVERY 6-8 MONTHS and Pre-filter EVERY 1-2 MONTH, or depending on your air condition and usage frequency.

How to replace the filters?
Step 1
Turn OFF and unplug your machine. Remove the front panel to access the filters. Remove and dispose the older filter.
Step 2
Unwrap the new air filters. Attach the pre-filter attached to HEPA Filter, insert replacement activate carbon filter and then HEPA filter (Making sure the pull tabs are facing the opening).
Step 3
Turn ON the machine. Wipe down the outside of the machine with a dry or lightly damp microfiber cleaning cloth.
