FITMENT – DESIGNED FOR 4"x10" WALL/CEILING VENT OPENINGS Fits a nominal 4"x10" wall or ceiling vent opening (duct opening). Exact cut-outs are rarely exactly 4.00" x 10.00" – a slightly larger or smaller opening is normal. If your vent opening is closest to 4"x10" when measured inside edge to inside edge, this is the correct size. The damper box is slightly smaller than 4"x10" and the faceplate is larger to cover rough or uneven edges. Our damper box dimensions are 3.90" x 9.85" and the top faceplate is approximately 5.03" x 10.94" HOW TO MEASURE – MEASURE THE HOLE, NOT THE OLD REGISTER Remove your existing register and measure the vent opening in the wall or ceiling, inside edge to inside edge. Round to the nearest standard size (3"x10", 4"x10", 4"x12", etc.). Do not measure the outside of your old register – that will give you the wrong size and lead to ordering the wrong part. PAINTABLE WALL INSERT - INTEGRATED LOOK Center tray includes a textured white insert piece that snaps into place. Paint the register and insert the same colour as your wall or ceiling so the vent visually blends into the surface, leaving only a clean, reveal around the perimeter for airflow. EASY WALL OR CEILING INSTALLATION (NOT FOR FLOORS) Fits into a 4"x10" wall or ceiling duct opening. The register lip sits tight to the surface, then secures with standard screws hidden in the recessed inner channel. The integrated sliding damper box lets you open, close, or adjust airflow to direct warm or cool air where you need it.
