What if a shopping site is broken?

If Items isn’t working properly on one of our 30,000+ shopping stores, contact our Customer Experience Team. When you contact us, please provide details such as:

• The store that you are visiting
• If possible, a screenshot showing the issue
• The browser that you are using and which version
• The computer (PC or Mac) that you are using and also the version of the operating system
• The version of Items that you are using
