Grounded in Scripture and informed by interpersonal neurobiology and clinical recovery, this workbook serves as a companion guide for participants in 423 Next Communities . This journey is not about behavior management or shame-based accountability. It is about learning to walk in the light, receive God’s love, and be transformed from the inside out.
