So you have installed the Joinitems extension and created an account! Congratulations! Now you are a part of our free Joinitems Gold Rewards program available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
What is Joinitems Gold?
When you shop at any of our more than 4,000 participating sites, you earn a percentage back in the form of Gold. Gold does not include tax or any other additional fees like shipping cost. It is rewarded on the purchase subtotal.
The reward that you earn is a randomized amount which varies from one site to another. The percentage of rewards you earn is just like the luck of the draw!
Know that Joinitems Gold is not offered on all the stores that Joinitems supports. For instance, we offer coupons on Amazon. However Amazon does not offer Joinitems Gold.
If we offer Joinitems Gold on a store, you’ll see this icon next to the name of the site:
In order to claim your Joinitems Gold, click on the Activate button.
At the checkout page, click on Apply Coupons when products appears. Clicking on Apply Coupons automatically activates Gold.
We’ll scan all the codes available and find the one that leads to the most savings for you! Within 2-14 days of completing your purchase, Joinitems Gold will appear as pending in your Account Overview. On average, the purchases will remain pending for 60 days, while the merchant confirms them and verifies that no product has been returned or refunded. In case you do return part of your purchase, don't worry! The amount of Gold that you earned will adjust accordingly.
Once you have 1000 Gold or more, you can redeem Joinitems Gold for a $10 gift card at the below mentioned stores:

You also have the option to donate your Joinitems Gold via Charity Choice!
What about exclusions?
Some of the sites have exclusions. After you are done with activating Gold, examine the exclusions list under the activated rewards.
Please note that making use of another rewards program may interfere with Joinitems. It is recommended that you disable any other rewards programs or ad-block extensions/programs to make sure that you are earning Joinitems Gold on every eligible purchase. After completing your purchase, you can again re-activate your ad-block extension/programs.
What is an Joinitems Gold Bonus?
Joinitems Gold Bonus is a reward that Joinitems members earn as a Welcome Bonus.
When you connect with the Joinitems community, you’ll see a Welcome Bonus in your feed! Your Welcome Bonus is linked to the specific shopping site that you choose. Within the designated time, you must make a purchase at that store to receive the Bonus!
In order to claim your Welcome Bonus, click on Claim my Bonus. If you change your mind, click on I want to select a different welcome Bonus. Once you claim your Welcome Bonus, you cannot revert back and select a different option. While browsing for products on that store, you’ll see your Welcome Bonus listed in the extension, ready to be activated!
As you continue to use Joinitems, you can also earn Joinitems Gold Bonuses. You’ll observe a small box on the right side of your browser window if a store that supports Joinitems offers a Joinitems Gold Bonus.
When you click on Claim, your bonus will activate and you’ll see a pop-up explaining that you have 24 hours to complete your purchase to receive your Bonus.
Click on the Continue Shopping button and take advantage of your Bonus.
Within 2-14 days of completing your purchase, Joinitems Gold Bonuses will also appear in your Account Overview.

Usually, Joinitems Gold transactions appear as pending in your Account Overview within 2-14 days of you making a purchase.
Typically, transactions remain pending for 60 days while the merchant validates your purchase and confirms that products from your order haven’t been returned or refunded. In case you do return part of your purchase, the amount of Joinitems Gold that you earned will adjust accordingly.
Travel reservations such as purchases made at travel sites, car rentals, or hotels earn Joinitems Gold on a varied timeline. Before Joinitems Gold is credited or even listed in your account as pending, the merchant requires you to complete the reservation.
These pending periods are verified by the merchant. After the merchant validates the purchase, our system posts Gold to your account automatically.

Ensuring our members receive their e-gift cards is one of our top priorities. Here are some of the reasons you might not have received it:
- Your e-gift card might have redirected to your junk or spam folder. Sometimes Joinitems emails end up there so we recommend you to take a look there first.
- It hasn’t been 24 hours since you redeemed. Note that gift cards can take up to 24 hours to be processed and delivered.
- It is possible that your email provider might have blocked emails from Joinitems as spam. You can add Joinitems email id to your Safe Senders List to make sure that you receive useful emails from us!
- There could be an error on our end. Please contact us and we’ll be glad to help you further with receiving your e-gift card.

When did you make your purchase?
It takes about 2-14 days for Joinitems Gold transactions to appear in your account. It could still be processing. If you do not see your transaction in your account even after fourteen days, please contact us.
Are you logged into your Joinitems account? Under what email address have you logged into Joinitems.net? Is this is the only email address that you have registered with Joinitems.net?
If you have more than one Joinitems accounts, please reach out to us and we’ll merge your accounts into one for you.
Did you purchase from a store that offers Joinitems Gold?
Please note that Joinitems Gold is not available on every shopping site, but we will inform you if a store offers Joinitems Gold. In order to make sure, check for the Joinitems Gold icon next to the store name.
Do you have another rewards/cash-back program active on your browser?
When you make use of two or more rewards/cash-back programs, the credit can only be sent down to one of us. We do not have a way to know which company will get credit for your transaction. Once a purchase is credited to us, there is no way for us to credit the purchase retroactively to another rewards program.
Did you purchase a product that fell under an exclusion?
Note that exclusions are the sole discretion of the merchant. Once you have activated Joinitems Gold under your probable Gold percentage, you will be able to find the exclusions list.
In case none of these questions apply to your purchase, send us your receipt of purchase either as a screenshot or forward it along with the confirmation email with the total price paid, date of purchase, and order number. We will look into it for you!
Through CharityChoice, you can donate your Joinitems Gold to a cause of your choice! With more than 50 charities to select from, you can make charitable donations which are 100% tax deductible. Once you accumulate 1000 Joinitems Gold or more, you can select CharityChoice as one of your redemption options.

Once you have accumulated 1000 Joinitems Gold or more, you are eligible to redeem it for an e-gift card from your Account Overview page!
Depending on the available Joinitems Gold, click on the shopping site of your choice, select the amount of Gold that you wish to redeem. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from us containing your e-gift card! In case you do not receive your e-gift card, please reach out to us!
When you submit an e-gift card order, it gets activated automatically and cannot be exchanged or canceled. But don’t worry! Once you earn enough Joinitems Gold, you can still redeem another e-gift card to one of the participating stores!
Please note that Joinitems Gold redemption is not currently available in all countries.
